This elegant 100% hand woven Persian Rug comes from Tabriz. It has a silk foundation, and wool and silk weaving threads. It is classed as a small Persian Rug (3x5-5x8), its size being 208 x 150 (cm), 6’9 x 4’11 (ft). The background is white, with mauve corners, and it has a centered floral medallion, which has a temple in its interior. There are floral patterns and large Assyrian motifs, such as lamps, axes, treasure chests, maces, antelopes, etc. nuances of yellow, ink blue, mauve, brown, pale pink, etc. are present.
