A stunning 100% hand woven Persian Rug, woven from silk and wool threads, on a silk foundation, in the city of Isfahan, a renowned center for handcrafted works. This masterpiece is classed as a small Persian Rug (3x5-5x8), its size being 151 x 220 (cm), 4’11 x 7’2 (ft). The marvelous design consists of a single ice crystal like symmetrical display of geometrical and floral patterns softly colored by shades of brown, beige, white, and petrol gray. The large crystal like formation is centered upon a very dark navy blue background, in a wide medallion. The border maintains the same color tones and it displays rows of floral motifs and intertwining lines.
