This beautiful persian rug is from the city of Tabriz. 
Tabriz is the fourth largest city of Iran, and one of the historical capital of Iran.
It is located in north west of Iran. 
It is 100% hand knotted. and measures about 200cm x 200cm. 
The foundation of this rug is Silk. and the material they used are wool and silk. .
This beautiful Tabriz is about 50 years old.
The design is a hunting scene design and has lot of details in it. This piece has green on the border and creamish colour in the centre as a base colour.
Lots of birds, deer and many different animals are in this beautiful master piece.
